How long does delivery take?

We take 1–2 working days to process your order. Delivery then typically takes 5–7 working days.

Do you ship worldwide?

Where are your products shipped from?

Our office is located in the United Kingdom.
Our international warehouse is located in China.

Do you offer order tracking?

Yes. Please allow 3 days after placing your order. You will then receive an email with your tracking number.

Some items are missing from my order. What happened?

Our products may be shipped separately.
If your order includes items from different warehouses, it may arrive in multiple parcels.

The remaining items should arrive shortly.

I received a damaged item. What should I do?

We’re sorry to hear that. Please send a photo of the damaged item to support@eulyra.com, and we will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

I haven’t received my order yet. Why is it taking so long?

We apologise for the delay. In some cases, international deliveries may take longer due to customs processing.
